Jesus was the ultimate activist. He did not put up with injustice – He took action wherever He saw a need. Jesus fed the hungry, healed the sick, and befriended outcasts. Jesus cared about other people. He did not accept things as they were; rather, He brought a new message of hope and invited everyone to follow His lead.
Will you accept Jesus’ invitation? Will you be an activist for Christ? Being an activist for Christ means continuously shaping you life to look more like His. It means taking action whenever you see injustice in the world. It means reaching out to others and selflessly serving their needs. What can you do? How can you be an activist for Christ?
